This role oversees end-to-end platform operations, including product listings, content updates, merchandising, sales, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Seller Center (Lazada/Shopee/Shopify). In addition, you will manage digital marketing efforts such as managing digital assets, customer experience management (CEM), content optimization, and keyword ads. You will also build trust with platform Key Account Managers by providing business reporting, analyzing key metrics and KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities. Other responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, promotions, and deals, managing marketing calendars, and overseeing media planning and content direction.
